Owner and CEO Katie Prendeville-Watters has been a real estate professional for over six years and recognized the need for a service like Mockingbird Management in her own realtor business. Media curation, Marketing strategies, client retention, contract management, all of which were taking up more and more of her time. By the numbers over 80% of her time in fact. Mockingbird Management was created out of necessity to reclaim that time and focus on what were the big drivers in her business being developing the long lasting relationships with new and future clients. After seeing the benefit in her own business she knew she needed to provide the same service to the other realtors in her area. The services and ideas grew from there to the management powerhouse that is Mockingbird management.
